I live in Southwest Colorado for one very important reason... Quality of Life!  I love the amazing beauty of the area and never tire of the sunrises, sunsets, vistas or abundant wildlife.  And the area affords us innumerable outdoor activities.  One of my favorites is driving our team of mules with wagon or sleigh full of my grandchildren.  In addition, we enjoy a pace of life slower than that of the big city but still have the bustling, historic, mountain, tourist town with its awesome culture.

 

I have been licensed in Colorado and an active member of the Durango Area Association of Realtors since 1986.  My experience includes 18 years of sales with Coldwell Banker Heritage House Realtors, 4 years of sales and sales management with Bobbie Carll Realty, followed by sales and sales management at Realty Executives of Durango following their merger with Bobbie Carll Realty.  In 2008 I added to my expertise via a position with American Homestead Title Company, concurrently creating Remarkable Realty, a sales and service organization. Additionally, I have been licensed in New Mexico. 

 

 I have served as President of DAAR, served as chair of the Grievance, Education and Bylaws committees, and have represented DAAR at the Colorado Association of Realtors as a Director, as well as a member and President of the CAR Education Foundation and various other state level activities.  I have earned eight advanced educational designations:  CRS, CRB, GRI, CMRE, e-PRO, SRES, CNE and EcoBroker.  I am a member of and has served two presidencies with the Southwest Colorado Women’s Council of Realtors. And was honored to be recognized as DAAR Realtor of the Year in 1997.
